My daughter just got a part time job with Darden restaurants. She has to get polishable slip-resistant shoes. She has some from her previous waitress job but they are crocs, and not polishable. Does anybody know where to get these reasonably. She also has wide feet and is a broke college student. I'm just curious which Darden restaurant?. I work for Olive Garden and our slip resistant shoes do not have to be polishable. We also can not wear crocs either though. I'm a trainer as well so I know these standards and have never heard the polishable rule. Unless she is working for Capitol Grille or Seasons 52 which are 2 upscale Darden restaurants, then I could understand the polishable rule. Darden Restaurants as a whole Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn Steakhouse, Seasons 52 and Capitol Grille are very focused on appearance standards. Guests perception: how employees look is a direct connection on how the whole restaurant experience will be. I'm just curious which Darden restaurant?. The style name of mine is lavender. I have them in black, but they also come in white, for nurses, I'm guessing. What a yummy place to work. We definitely favor crocs in our family. Joy, I was wondering the same thing a few months ago, when I was looking for a half slip to wear under a clingy dress. I do wear a Spanx skirt for a half slip, though, and it seems to work ok. Unless she is working for Capitol Grille or Seasons 52 which are 2 upscale Darden restaurants, then I could understand the polishable rule. Not sure where you wheel, but a limit slip does nothing where we go. Mmm they look so enticing just gently caressing themselves and inviting me to steal them! We do in our 80 with aussies.
